Please tell us about your role in the Bac Giang Factory.

In my role as a Planning Manager, I am responsible for placing orders for raw materials according to order plans and managing the progress of production and shipments. I also prepare customs clearance documents for the import and export of various machinery and equipment.
Since becoming a Manager, my workload and responsibilities have increased significantly, and I now often perform multiple tasks simultaneously. At first, I sometimes found this difficult, but I feel that I have gradually become better at managing it all as I have gained experience.
When I complete work on schedule or receive positive feedback from team members or customers, I feel a great sense of accomplishment, and this motivates me to keep working hard.

At work or in the company, what would you like to challenge and achieve in the future?

Market and customer needs are constantly changing. My goal is to stay attuned to these changes and respond effectively, while maintaining a high level of balance between quality and speed.
To achieve this, I would like to actively absorb new knowledge and skills in my daily work, aiming to enhance my own expertise and further develop my leadership skills to guide members. While valuing the importance of completing my assigned tasks, I aim to further improve the collaborative “team-based supportive environment” that is a key feature of the Bac Giang Factory.

What are your challenges outside of work? What do you like to do? Any hobbies?

Even during busy times, I cherish my time with my family and the time I spend on self-improvement. Above all, spending time with my family is the most important thing to me and it’s when I feel the happiest.
My hobbies include playing soccer and organizing events with my friends. I very much enjoy the time I spend with my colleagues, and I feel that my communication and teamwork skills have developed naturally. I believe that these experiences also carry over into my work.

MATSUOKA is a “professional workplace” that pays attention not only to quality, but also to its employees and the environment. I am truly grateful to work in a place where I can learn new things and continue to grow on a personal level every day.
I also feel that the company’s greatest strength lies in its supportive environment, where team members and management are always kind and helpful, and thanks to this environment, we can work together as a unified team.

Comparing before and after you joined the company, what has changed?

Before joining the company, I worked on my own, so I often had to rely on my own skills, and I did not yet have sufficient practical experience.
Since joining the company, I learned the importance of listening to others’ opinions and dividing responsibilities while working collaboratively as part of a team. At first, I sometimes found it confusing, but I gradually became accustomed to the style of working as a team.
I have also learned how to manage my time and handle pressure. I now feel that I can proactively think of solutions and take action. I am becoming more and more aware of my growth through my daily work.
