Please tell us about your role in the Bac Giang Factory.

In my role as a member of the Technical Department, I am primarily involved in CAD-focused tasks to create patterns, review and verify fabric samples based on production orders. I am also responsible for checking various requirements and regulations related to cutting or marking instructions. Since each task requires high precision, I make it a priority to approach my work with care and attention to detail.
In my daily work, I receive new patterns and adjust them to bring the final product to life. Every time I work on a new pattern, I discover something new, which gives me a strong sense of fulfillment in the manufacturing process.
While maintaining accuracy can be challenging, I feel a real sense of progress as my skills improve. I am now able to understand complex sewing techniques that were previously difficult for me, and I find great reward in this steady growth.

At work or in the company, what would you like to challenge and achieve in the future?

Rather than simply completing assigned tasks, I would like to stay mindful of efficiency and create greater value through my work.
I want to reduce inefficiencies in my daily operations and find better ways of working so that I can contribute more to the company. I feel that my personal growth is directly linked to improving the outcome of my work.

What are your challenges outside of work? What do you like to do? Any hobbies?

Outside of work, I would like to learn the mindset and attitude required to deepen my collaboration with those around me and use that knowledge for my own personal growth. I also try to stay mindful of my health so that I can focus on my daily work.
My hobby is cooking, and I look forward to the time I spend making meals for my family. I sometimes cook Japanese curry, and it makes me very happy to see my family enjoy eating it.

Please tell us what MATSUOKA means to you.

I feel that MATSUOKA is a workplace where everyone works toward the same goals, bringing out the best in each other. The atmosphere in the workplace is comfortable with kind team members, making it an ideal environment for easy communication.
Another big reason I value working here is that the stable income allow me to support my family of six.
Through my work, I have acquired technical skills and learned to tackle challenges independently. I’m truly glad to be in an environment where I can feel my own growth.

Comparing before and after you joined the company, what has changed?

Before joining this company, I worked for a sewing factory for another overseas company. I was so busy at work every day, and I did not have much time to take on new challenges. Since joining this company, however, I have been learning technical skills and have started to think more independently and critically about my work. While I used to focus simply on completing assigned tasks, I now understand the purpose and significance of what I do. This shift has allowed me to take a proactive approach to my work and with a greater sense of personal responsibility.
I would like to continue to improve my skills and contribute to the company. I hope that through these efforts, I can achieve personal growth and build a stable, fulfilling life.
