JIAXING DEYONG TEXTILES CO., LTD. (JDT China) is engaged in laminate processing. Specifically, the factory procures fabrics from outsourced textile material manufacturers, independently produces polyurethane films having excellent breathability and water resistant functions, and bonds such films to the fabrics. Although it is a member factory of the MATSUOKA CORPORATION Group, it demonstrates its unique presence as a textile company with customers and a business model that differs from the Garment Business.

JDT China was established in 2002 by bringing Japanese polyurethane film production and processing technology to China, which was at the forefront of innovation at the time. The following year, the company became a subsidiary of MATSUOKA CORPORATION. Over the years, its business has expanded considerably, but Japanese quality and technology remain at the heart of its manufacturing.
